Dr Shaheed Iqbal
BDS MDS Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr Shaheed graduated from Khyber college of dentistry in 1978 and later completed his masters in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1992. He served in the faculty of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Khyber college of dentistry till 2002 and later joined Sardar Begum dental college where he is currently serving as Principal. He has been involved in private practice for more than 30 years now. His primary areas of interest are oral surgery and endodontics.
Dr Sohrab Shaheed

Dr Sohrab Shaheed gradated in dentistry from Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar in 2003. He then completed his fellowship in orthodontics from College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan in 2010. He was awarded membership in Orthodontics by Royal college of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK and a fellowship in Orthodontics by Royal college of Surgeons, Ireland in 2016. He has been teaching and practicing specialized orthodontics for more than 15 years. His areas of interest include digital imaging, orthopedics, orthognathic surgery, research, education and leadership in the field of orthodontics. He has several papers in local and international journals and has presented his clinical and research work in many local and overseas forums. Till date, he’s the only American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) and World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO) fellow in the KPK region.
Dr Ayesha Iftikhar
BDS, FCPS, CHPE
Dr Ayesha Iftikhar graduated in dentistry from Liaquat University Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro in 2007. Completed her house job from Armed forces institute of Dentistry, Rawalpindi in 2008. She completed her fellowship in orthodontics from College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan in 2014. She joined Rehman Medical Institute in 2012 December. Besides Shaheed Dental, she is also working as a consultant at the department of Orthodontics at Rehman College of Dentistry, Peshawar. She has special interest in research, orthognathic surgery, Cleft lip and Palate and orthodontic teaching.
Dr Irum Asad
BDS, MPH
Dr. Irum graduated and did her Housejob from Sardar Begum Dental Hospital in the year 2013. She did her postgraduation( MPH) from KMU in the year 2016 with distinction. She carried out multiple research projects during her masters in public health. Besides working as a child dentist in Shaheed Dental, she is also working as a senior registrar in the department of Paediatric dentistry in Gandhara University since 2018.
